Abhinav listens, he cares and he is awesome in all he is doing today. He practices what he preaches. I think Abhinav has given me a great base and I am eating much healthier and much more aware of what I am putting in my mouth,  quantity of food and what time I am having my meals. He has a very holistic approach when it comes to nutrition, eating homemade food and locally produced food. I find his way of working is quite different from others, he eases the situation and plans a very simple, sustainable and very homemade kind of food which are really doable diets that produce fantastic results. I feel positive about myself and my energy levels have gone up.  Whenever I get off track, I know how to get back to track. Abhinav's videos of simple exercises which can be done at home has helped me a lot. It has inspired me to stay consistent and in turn has kept me energetic throughout the today. His advice on having Sattu and fruits for breakfast has really helped me to cut down on excess carbs I follow the customized diet plan to a great extent. This has helped me to be active throughout the day and handle stress better. The routine has overall helped me to be in a good mood always.

Due to lock down my weight  drastically increased and I became overweight. That time when I met Abhinav and I was really shocked to see his transformation. Inspired by his transformation, I seeked his help to lose some weight. He shared all his activities and diet that he followed and guided me to make changes to my lifestyle, diet and daily activities. Initially the diet program was a little tough but after two weeks I could easily adapt to the  diet, exercise and lifestyle changes. I got to know Abhinav via Luke's insta stories. I started following him on insta. His insta posts are really motivating in terms of simple lifestyle changes he suggests for better health. I was facing a lot of insomnia issues. It started during this lockdown period. I did approach him for help. He suggested simple lifestyle changes which included gadgets off 1 hr before bedtime, early dinner, deep breathing to name a few of them. I started religiously following them. Today it's been just a month, I am able to sleep (though it gets disturbed couple of times but I'm hopeful it will get better). Thanks Abhinav for the help. Grateful !

Being an IT professional, sometimes your day is so hectic that you hardly have time on the weekdays. Then you have the weekends when you don’t feel like doing anything. This was my lifestyle for the past many years and suddenly I realized fat accumulation, tiredness and many other lifestyle issues cropping in. I joined the gym and that is when the lockdown started and the entire routine went for a toss. Few months into the lockdown, with only eating and lack of any physical activities made my situation even worse. That is when I decided to make a few lifestyle changes and reached out to Abhinav for guidance. I had done all kinds of diets (Keto, GM to name a few) in the past with no result.
Abhinav guided me in the right direction and gave me a holistic view of what needs to be done for a healthy living. He suggested me about the importance of timely and mindful eating, following the circadian rhythm and moderate exercise on a daily basis. He will not push you to join a gym, follow crash diets and torture yourself to an extent that you may never think of following any such thing. He believes in taking baby steps and gradually increasing your regime. He not just taught me about the importance of right food for a healthy living but the right sources of proteins, fats, vitamins and carbs. He suggested me to eat everything but in moderation and also highlighted the importance of eating seasonal foods. It is never about weight loss for him but more about holistic and healthy living. Under his guidance I am feeling more healthier, energetic,  and moreover my perspective towards food and lifestyle has completely changed. Now this has become a part of my life and will continue to be a part for the rest of my life. I cannot thank Abhinav enough for imparting me the  knowledge and guidance for a healthy body and mind.

Me and Abhinav had been colleagues for some good 4 years. Before the health program also, Abhinav used to be a regular fitness enthusiast but i was surprised to see his full transformation some time back.
